The mission of WPSBC Foundation
is to financially support WPSBC’s mission to nurture the unique abilities of
individuals with blindness and visual impairment through educational excellence
and a lifetime of learning. When you donate to the Foundation, your support allows
us to provide specialized programs, adapted technologies and life-enriching
experiences that open doors for students to enhance their skills, independence
and confidence. There are many ways to give, and you can find a full list on our
website. Here are a few options that might interest you:
Mail a Check
If you would like to mail a check or money
order, you can send it to:

Donate Online
Make a secure gift online by visiting
wpsbcfoundation.org by using a credit card,
bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or
Google Pay. You’ll receive an immediate
confirmation of receipt of your gift.
Recurring Gifts
Setting up a monthly or quarterly recurring
donation helps ensure our students receive
quality education and compassionate care and
support every day. This way of giving benefits
both you and WPSBC, allowing you to spread
your support across the year while providing
the School with a steady, reliable source of
funding. With a simple one-time setup, you can
conveniently provide an automatic recurring
gift by visiting the donation page on our
website at wpsbcfoundation.org.
Donor-Advised Funds (DAF)
When you establish a DAF, you are creating a
charitable giving account for the purpose of
supporting qualified charities. Making a gift
through your DAF is an easy way to support our
mission. This option provides an immediate tax
benefit and allows you to recommend grant
funds to support the School by contacting the
financial institution or foundation that manages
your DAF.
Workplace Giving and the United Way
Campaign
Many of our donors give through their place of
employment. If your workplace participates in
an annual corporate giving campaign or
through the United Way, you can make a gift to
WPSBC through a simple payroll deduction.
Contact your company’s payroll office for
additional details. WPSBC’s registered number
for the United Way Campaign is 305.
Matching Gifts
Many corporations also have matching gift
programs that will match charitable donations
given by their employees to our School. Check
with your employer to see if they provide a
match that could double your contribution.
Leave a Legacy Gift
With legacy giving, you maintain full control
over your assets, directing contributions to
causes that matter most to you. This type of
giving not only benefits our students, but it can
also offer financial advantages for you. Many
planned gifts provide significant tax benefits,
including reduced estate taxes and capital gains
tax avoidance. Additionally, certain planned
gifts, like charitable gift annuities and trusts, can
provide you with income during your lifetime
while supporting the causes you care about.
You can make an impact in your own way.

students of WPSBC by helping to fund essential
resources that prepare our students for greater
